A classic is meant to be appreciated, admired from a distance but never touched. All this changed when our founder came across a story on multi-generation businesses and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and food allergies. Lily Maude's was founded on a simple idea: take our heritage flour confection recipes, strip them of gluten and nuts, keep the butter, eggs, sugar and texture intact; and deliver desserts worthy of a blue-ribbon or 2023 sofi Award (Baked Goods-Bakery Desserts).
Located in Memphis, Tennessee, Lily Maude's is an award-winning specialty food company that offers a complete line of gluten-free desserts, allowing consumers to enjoy the taste and appreciate the fresh (organic, non-GMO) ingredients.
