Lily Maude’s® is seeking two part-time Marketing Interns to represent our organization and help drive awareness and sales of our specialty food products.

You will work alongside our sales and marketing team to promote Lily Maude’s® products across multiple media channels, develop compelling content, engage with customers and wholesale buyers, and represent our brand at weekend events and trade shows.

You will be responsible for communicating the unique value of our products, tracking customer feedback, and building brand awareness across social media platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience creating engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Proven ability to build and manage a social media presence
• Professional-level food photography experience
• Ability to engage authentically with customers, retailers, and team members in both online and in-person settings
• Passion for, or genuine interest in learning about, the specialty food industry
• Reliable and detail-oriented approach to work
• Weekend availability; regular weekend work is required for events and trade shows
• Willingness to work in a gluten-free, nut-free environment. Outside food and snacks are prohibited to help maintain this standard.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds, including product cases, event materials, and display equipment, as required for events and trade shows

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required. We welcome recent graduates with relevant experience, as well as candidates without a degree who have demonstrated marketing or social media expertise. • Work with the sales and marketing team to understand, execute, and support marketing campaigns and strategies
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
• Create high-quality social media content, including photographs, captions, and graphics, to increase brand awareness and attract customers
• Produce food photography for social media, the website, and promotional materials
• Educate consumers and retailers about Lily Maude’s® products
• Attend and represent Lily Maude’s® at weekend events and trade shows; travel is required, and a valid passport is necessary
• Assist with event setup, product displays, and breakdown as needed
• Track and report customer feedback and campaign performance
• Maintain a positive brand image across all communications
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management, in accordance with applicable standards

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events and trade shows
• Ability to assist with the setup, arrangement, and breakdown of event materials and product displays

• Hours: 32 hours per week; part-time, with flexible weekday scheduling available
• Schedule: Weekend availability is required and non-negotiable. This role requires regular representation at weekend events and trade shows throughout the assignment.
• Duration: Six-month assignment, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent, full-time role
• Location: New York-based; remote options may be available for content-creation work. NYC residents preferred.
• Compensation: $45 per hour, plus performance-based financial bonuses for meeting or exceeding quarterly milestone targets
• Benefits: This is a part-time position and does not include health insurance benefits.

Representing Lily Maude’s® at weekend events and trade shows is a core responsibility of this role. Weekend availability is required and non-negotiable. Event frequency and coverage expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
