We're glad you asked. Lily Maude's entire offering is naturally gluten-free. Our products are free of wheat, rye, barley, corn (corn derivatives), tree nuts, peanuts, coconut, rice, and soy. They are moist and delicious, though. 

Our recipes were adapted from those passed down from Great-grandmother Lily Maude and Grandmother Ruth. The ladies lived off the land and believed in butter, cream and eggs, and we're following suit. At this time, if you'd like to enjoy a vegan product, shop our pantry staples. 

We certainly do and our flavors are seasonal. Let us know what you have in mind.

Our recipes were adapted from those passed down from Great-grandmother Lily Maude and Grandmother Ruth. Aside from stripping the gluten and nuts, we relish in our Southern heritage and farming roots. Traditional wheat flour is inexpensive. Our flour blend is absent of wheat, rye, barley, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, rice, corn (derivatives), soy (derivatives), fillers, stabilizers, colors, preservatives, gums, and artificial flavoring. We also source the choicest European butter and cream, organic sugar, and cage-free eggs. The process also plays a part: small batches made by our dedicated team of professionals. 

In the near future, samples will be available. 

For desserts, we rely on UPS. To protect the integrity of our desserts, we ship Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday nor any major US holiday.  However, our award-winning pancake mix ships USPS.

We only offer specialty products, all of which require the choicest ingredients, a great deal of time, attention and care. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds as they are final sale items.
