The award-winning, specialty food producer, Lily Maude's®, is honored to announce its Homestyle Pancake Mix has won the Gold Award in the Breakfast category as part of the Specialty Food Association's (SFA) 2024 sofi Awards, a top honor in the $207 billion specialty food industry.

Lily Maude's® Homestyle Pancake Mix was selected by specialty food experts, buyers, and media as its top Breakfast product, alongside Gold Award Winners in 49 total categories. Products are judged on taste, including flavor, appearance, texture, and aroma, ingredient quality, and innovation. All tasting are anonymous and are held at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center.

Lily Maude’s® is beyond thrilled to share its Peach-Lavender Bundtlet has won the sofi Award for New Product in the Baked Goods-Bakery Desserts category.
The 2023 sofi Awards recognized a New Product Winner and a Gold Product Winner in each of 53 specialty food and beverage product categories. Partnering with Rutgers Food Innovation Center in Bridgeton, NJ, products were blindly judged on taste—including flavor, appearance, texture, and aroma-ingredient quality, and innovation. Domestic and international makers entered nearly 2,000 products, making this year's competition stiff. Bestowed annually since 1972, The Specialty Food Association's (SFA) and sofi Awards are a top honor in the $175 billion specialty food industry.
