Our cakes are shipped fresh, never frozen. They are best enjoyed within three days of receipt. If saving for later, place unopened cakes in an airtight container and into the freezer up to sixty days. When frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator approximately two hours before serving.
